Last Week of Class
Going into the last week of class brings two emotions, excitement and anticipation. How exciting to get another class behind and you and the anticipation of what the final grade will be. The class has been something that I was not expecting. We had to actually interact with our classmates through another form of communication other than the computer. It was very interesting and fun at the same time. Talking to different people who I never knew existed and having them give me advice about conflicts in my life was a very eye opening experience. The handouts were very useful and insightful about the different conflict managing and negotiation styles. I was very fortunate to be in Group B. We have worked very well together and have not had communication issues inside the group. Over all I have to say I have enjoyed the class and appreciate all the hard work everyone has done to make the class successful.

My favorite part of the class was reading some of the personal conflicts that our classmates have had. I can't believe some of the things that people have gone through and yet they are still hanging in there trying to get their degree. Sometimes I feel sorry for myself because I work full-time plus overtime, try to have somewhat of a normal home life, and attempt to get straight A's. Reading some of my classmates' storied made me want to suck it up and try harder. Good luck in your future classes!
